So far, I have lost twenty pounds while taking YOR Health‘s MRP Meal Replacement. It is a good part of my low calorie diet, because each serving is only 140 calories. In addition, it is not loaded with sugar. There is only one gram of sugar. As far as fat, there isn’t much there either. That means it is full of protein, which is helpful for gaining muscle after a good workout. After consumption of my meal, I go to workout without feeling hungry at all since the MRP Meal Replacement has appetite suppressing properties as well. Even though I have lost weight, I don’t feel my muscles have atrophied at all thanks to this product.
