Commentary On “Economy Losing Its Cushion”
Practical personal advice goddess, but irrelevant in the face of a national meltdown.
The difficult plight of the individual in this national crisis is pandemic, and cannot be solved one person at a time. The solution requires a radical change in monetary policy by the Fed (which, being a privately owned corporation, would require self-suicide by the Fed) and that Fed move must be forced by Congress, even if it means a Chapter 12 by the Fed and the incorporation of its functions back into the government.
This is an issue of the death and reconstitution of institutions which cannot survive in their current state AND provide for the economic recovery of individual citizens and the nation as a whole.
