Fly with Ryanair

The Ryanair lived up to their reputation .while our traveling with Ryan air, the flight was at 5am therefore we had to be checking in at 3am. We didn’t go to bed as we knew we had to set off for the airport at 2am. However, prior to setting off we checked on the internet and the flight had been delayed until 1pm that day We were still told to check in and were not allowed to leave the airport and had to wait in the cold airport for 10 hours. When I asked it to the Ryan air staffs about this they informed that it is because the crew had exceeded their flight hours. The Viking staff rudely denied this had ever happened before and were not apologetic. Increase in price gone with an airline I’ve used before and liked.
