Painting the Kitchen
Since my neighbor, Karen, has moved to New York to take a job as an seo consultant, I have been getting her house ready to be sold. Karen’s real estate agent wants to have an open house next week. I told Karen I would paint her kitchen a neutral beige color to get it ready for the open house. I took a lot longer to get the kitchen painted than I had expected it to. I had to patch a couple of spots on the wall and let it dry, so that took up a good bit of time. Once I saw how good the paint job looked, I realized my effort was worth it.
