The Role Of Edelbrock Intake Manifolds In Engine Performance
17 July 2010
Why is it so important for Edelbrock intake manifolds to deliver their best? The basic, common-sense answer to this is that you have to use something of high quality to expect high quality performance. Specifically though, a lot of things happen inside the engine to make your vehicle start. You do not want your vehicle to just start, but you want it to run smoothly. After the carburetor mixes air and fuel, the mixture passes through a series of tubes that is collectively called the intake manifold. If things do not go smoothly through those tubes, then the engine may not start or may not run smoothly. Well-designed Edelbrock intake manifolds therefore ensure high performance. There are even models that are specially designed for super fast performance that they can be used in race cars. There are also models that are used in all other cars. Though not used for racing, a car should always exhibit safe and excellent performance.
