Humidity in a Room

Why is it that certain rooms feel excessively uncomfortable even when the thermostat shows a comfortable 72 degrees Fahrenheit?  The answer is actually relatively simple.  Humidity of course.  Humidity dictates the amount of water that is present in the air and humans are not made to withstand extremely high or low levels of humidity without some loss of comfort-ability.  That being said, there are steps you can take to combat humidity.  For instance, you could go out and purchase a Frigidaire 70 Pint Dehumidifier Review which can regulate the humidity level if you live in an excessively humid area.  Save yourself some money on heating or cooling expenses and instead try to regulate the humidity in a room and you might be surprised at how much of a difference it makes.
