My Very Own Excalibur

My good friend just recently purchased an excalibur 2900 dehydrator.  She said that this versatile dehydrator could do so much more than just make beef jerky.  I wanted to see for myself what this miracle machine could actually accomplish.  I watched as she dehydrated many kinds of vegetables and fruits.  She made cute and yummy fruit snacks for her kids as well as organic granola.  At the end of the day I was pretty impressed and kind of wanting the Excalibur for myself.  By the time I got home I was ready to go online and make my own purchase.  I can’t wait until it arrives.
