No person is safe from the fires and heat of the fireplace unless you place a fireplace screen. I do not mind spending for something I know will protect me and my children from harm. I only realized that the screens are not just protective devices, but also add beauty to my living room. I immediately told my sister that she should also buy a screen for her fireplace. She has more children than I do, and she needs it badly. It is the only way for her to ensure that her kids will not be injured. I know that the fireplaces poses a big threat to people.
