Keeping Client Information Safe From Identity Theft

I work for a large financial corporation as the secretary to the president of the company.  We handle a lot of big clients and have their account information stored on our computers.  Identity Theft has become one of the major problems for consumers today and to avoid problems for our clients we have installed the latest spy ware and anti-virus protection on our computers.   In addition to our computer protection we have contracted the services of a shredding company to come in once a month to destroy any paper work that could contain any type of personal information.  Our clients know that we take their security into consideration and their identity information is safe.
