Hoffman’s triumphant return
Trevor Hoffman returned to help the Milwaukee pitching staff, while Corey Hart and Prince Fielder hit homer Sunday in the Brewers win 4-3 over the Minnesota Twins.
Hoffman pitched a perfect eighth inning in the appearance number 1,000 in his career and held the Brewers barely managed to cut a run of eight straight losses.
