Motorcycle Ride Fundraiser
My friend’s son was diagnosed with a rare disease that has very little funding for research. After he went into remission, my friend decided that she wanted to have a motorcycle ride every year to raise money and awareness for the kids that struggle with this disease. She ordered charity t-shirts and gave them to each registered visitor to the event. They also had a huge raffle and many different businesses donated their products or gift certificates for the cause. It has become a huge success and now three years later, they are raising a record amount of money for the research of this rare disease.
