Treadmill Trainer Workouts
Hi, What can I say ‘Treadmill Trainer 3′ is another fantastic workout … Initially I found it very challenging but with your encouragement and my determination I now find it easier! Through following the programme three times a week I have increased my running speed, which for me is a big achievement and a great feeling. Today for the first time I was able to sustain a running speed of 11.5 for 5 minutes, I was amazed at how easy it felt, before starting on TT3 I was running at a pace of 10 to 10.5. I have also been following ‘Fitter U’ … this is my second week … today I completed ‘Day 5′ followed by a 20 minute run. The programme has changed my outlook to exercise, I am more motivated than I have been for a long time and I now look forward to my workouts. On the ‘cardio days’ and ‘days off’ I either follow the treadmill trainer workouts or the Elliptical Workouts. I haven’t measured myself yet I am waiting until I have completed ‘Phase 1′ I have however, noticed a change in my shape, my clothes do not fell as tight and other people are also noticing which makes me feel good about myself and determined to carry on….. so it is working! Thank you for all your help and encouragement I could not have done it without you.
