Electronics mini projects to understand fluid flow

Fluids consist of liquids and gases. The flow of fluids is well studied under the area of fluid mechanics. But when it comes to incorporating technology to control flow of fluids, we usually run out of methods and resources to incorporate the appropriate set of electronic components. It is because of the variability in the behaviour of fluids. But time lag is always an inevitable part of electronic component functioning. So electronics mini projects could be done on how the time lag in functioning of electronic components affects the process control pertaining to fluid flow. Such a move could pave way to many new ideas that could be incorporated to future technology for better efficiency.
